Description:OnTrue Dried Beancurd Sticks
It has been more than 600 years for Tofu's producing craft in Shiping County, Yunnan province. Local water is unique for containing natural halogen, which can replace the traditional gypsum slurry to curdle tofu. We strictly select non-GMO soybeans from Nenjiang county, Heilongjiang province - the hometown of Chinese soybeans. Our products contains only soybean and water. A dainty beancurd sheet required multiple processes of automated equipment, continuous cooking and constant temperature control. Dried beancurd strips doesn't need to cut, so it is more convenient than tofu chunk. IT can be cooked directly after soaked in the water. It is suitable both for stewing and salad. Delicious and nutritious, just a tofu strip will wake up your palate.

Cooking Instruction:
Soak the product in warm water till it becomes soft. Then drain the water before cooking. The product can be fried, stewed, braised, also cooked for soup, hot pot or for salad after 3-5 minutes boiling.

Recipe: Cold Beancurd Sticks
1. Cook soaked beancurd sticks in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Rinse beancurd strips under cold boiled water, then drain the water.
3. Add sesame oil, pepper oil, soy sauce, red chilli, coriander and garlic which is up to you.
4. Stir it.

The ingredients are only soybean and water, not extra adding.

Storage Condition: Keep in cool and dry place, avoid sunlight.
