Easy to prepare and packed full of natural umami, ideal in soups and salad to add nutrition and texture. Carefully dried in order to preserve its natural flavour and nutrients.

Ready in 3 minutes.

Soak in hot water for 3 minutes or in cold water for 10 minutes, drain and add to soups & salads.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

Harvested in an area where molluscs and crustaceans are present.
