Serving Suggestion:
1. Put a sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat and add rice over it. Then flatten the rice by hand.
2. Put your favourite ingredients such as shrimp, cucumber and yellow radish etc to the rice.
3. When you roll the sushi, press it while holding the ingredients in the middle.
4. Hole the bamboo may in the position and firmly press the sushi roll.
5. Wrap it strongly and press both sides to make sure that the roll is properly closed.
6. Press the roll lightly in shape of square or round by hand and it can be cut into 6 to 8 pieces.

Store in cool dry place, away from sunlight.
