Description:Coconut King Macaroon

How to prepare special coconut king macaroon cookies:

Coconut King coconut macaroon 200g
Coconut King cream powder (gata powder) 100g
Warm water 150ml
Eggs (separate the egg white and the yolk) 3 pcs
Sugar 250g
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Salt: Pinch
Magarine: 3 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp

Mix Coconut King macaroon desiccated coconut, all purpose flour, sugar, salt and the melted margarine in a mixing bowl. Dissolve Coconut King cream powder in warm water. Beat first the egg white until it becomes foamy, then put the egg yolk and mix them together. Pour them slowly to the mixture and add vanilla to enchane flavour. Finally pour the blend into desire mould and bake in an oven with 135 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes, until it appears golden brwon in colour.
