Description:On Kee Gold Label Thick Mushrooms (Shiitake)

Recipe:
1. Soak the mushroom in water for 4-5 hours until tender and drain.
2. Marinate with a pinch of sugar, cooking oil and corn starch for 15 minutes. DO NOT use soy sauce to marinade, otherwise will get sour.
3. Rinse the mushroom and drain,
4. Stir fry the mushroom with oyster sauce, rock sugar and add some water. Then turn to low hear and stew for 20-25 minutes. The aroma of mushroom will be emitted.

Storage: Please store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated at 0-4C after opening and consume immediately.
