Description:East Asia Brand Ching Po Leng Soup Stock (Dried Mix Vegetables & Roots)

Direction: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Put all ingredients together in a stock pot. You can also add pork or skinless chicken if desire. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litre) of water and bring to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place, way from humidity.
