Description:Lao Zi Hao Lalang Grass Rhizome & Cane Soup (MaoGengZhuZhe)

Cooking Method: Wash all ingredients and place it into a pot.
Add approximately 1kg of meat (either chicken, pork, turkey, duck or other).
For vegetarian option, you can substitute the meat with mushroom.
Add 2 litre of water an dbring to boil.
Once it is boiling, simmer for 2 hours.
Add salt according to taste.
Best served warm.

Storage: avoid direct sunlight. Store in cool, dry place.
