Description:White Fungus Soup Stuff

Cooking Directions (Serves 2-4):
Soak white fungus in water for 30 minutes. Add 6 bowls of hot water with 148g meat and cook for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.

Keep in a cool and dry place or store under refrigeration.
