Description:Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients separately. Soak Red BEans and Pericarpium Citri Reticecbatae in hot water for 1/2 hour.
2. Put Red Bean and Pericarpium Citri Reticecbatae into a pot, add 4 cups of water. Boil and simmer until soft. Add Tapioca Pearl and simmer for further 15 minutes.
3. Add sugar to taste. If preferred, add evaporated milk or coconut milk to enhance taste.
