Description:Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-soak 'White Fungus' in water for 1 hour. Cut off stub, rinse, tear to small pieces. Rinse other ingredients separately.
2. Boil 7 cups of water. Add 'Almond' and 'Lotus Seeds' simmer for 20 minutes. Add 'Dates' and 'Longan Meat', simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add 'White Fungus' to 2. Add sugar to taste.
