No added colouring or preservatives

This is a very light and refreshing dessert which is perfect for summer. The dish can be prepared well in advance and kept in refrigerator for days. Lobo presents 2 classic Chinese restaurant flavours, almond and jasmine.

Recipe: Agar Dessert Jasmine Flavour with Fruit Salad (Serves 4-6)
Ingredients: 1 packet Agar Dessert Mix Jasmine Flavour, 3 cups water (720 ml) (for sweeter cream, add 2-4 tablespoons sugar), 1 can fruit salad, 10-15 Maraschino cherries.

Directions:
1. Empty the contents of this packet in water. Bring to a full boil. Stir constantly
2. Pour into a mould or shallow container and cool until set
3. Cut the cream into bite sized cubes. Place in a serving bowl with the fruit salad and combine very gently. Place cherries on top
