Description:1.) In a large pot, dissolve TOFU mix (foil bag) in a 2 ¾ cups (22fl. oz., 650 ml) of water using a whisk. Bring to a full boil over high heat stirring constantly. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
2.) Immediately add coagulant (small packet) and stir quickly. Pour mixture all at once into a square container and cover with foil.
3.) Allow to set at room temperature for about 20 minutes or until firm. (During this period do not refrigerate or cool with cold water to hasten the firming process.) 4.) Unmold into a large bowl filled with cold water.

* To make ''soymilk'' follow only step1. Adjust amount of water to suit your taste.
Ingredients:Tofu Mix Powder: Soybean Powder, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Magnesium Carbonate, Sucrose Fatty Acid Esters, Antifoaming Agent (Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Magnesium Carbonate, Rice Bran Wax, Soy Lecithin).

Coagulant: Glucono Delta Lactone, Lactose.
*Contains soybeans & milk ingredients.
