Method: Boil 1500ml of water.
Turn off the flame. Pour in mango pudding powder and 100g sugar (about 5 tsp). Stir for 2 minutes.
Add citric acid and mix well. Pour into moulds. Set in refrigerator.

Cooking Tips: Flames must be turned off after boiling. Strong flame will cause the pudding to become hard and rough.

Supreme Mango Pudding - Blend 1/2 mango till paste. Cut the remaining 1/2 into cubes and add into mango pudding. Wait till set before serving.

Ingredients:Sugar, Non Dairy Creamer (Glucose Syrup, Emulsifier (E471), Stabilisers (E340, E452), Colour (E150a), Food Conditioner (E55!), Coconut Oil), Fructose, Carageenan, Mango Flavouring, Citric Acid, Permitted Food Colourings (Tartrazine (E102), Sunset Yellow (E110)).
