Description:Ta Ko Thai Rice Flour Custard With Coconut Cream

Microwave Directions: 800W

For Tako Cake:
Mix "Set 1" and Dried Corn with hot water 250ml, stir well.
Then put in microwave for 4 minutes at high.
Take out and stir until mix well.
Then, fill 3/4 of each dessert cup with Tako Cake.

For Coconut Cream Topping:
Mix "Set 2" and salt with hot water 175ml (3/4 cups), stir well.
Put in microwave for 2 minutes at high. Take out and stir well.
Then quickly fill the remaining 1/4 of dessert cup with Coconut Cream Topping. Set aside until cool down.
Ready to serve.

For Stove Direction:

For Tako Cake:
Mix "Set 1" and Dried Corn with hot water (260ml), in the pot at medium flame.
Continuously stir until mix about 4 minutes.
Fill 3/4 of each dessert cup with Tako Cake.

For Coconut Cream Topping:
Mix "Set 2" and salt with hot water (160ml), stir well at medium flame.
Continuously stir until mix about 2 minutes.
Then quickly fill the remaining 1/4 of dessert cup with Coconut Cream Topping. Set aside until cool down.
Ready to serve.

Store in a cool dry place
Ingredients:Sugar (55%), Rice Flour (20%), Coconut (18%), Tapioca Flour, Dehydrated Sweet Corn, Salt.
