Dessert mix for water chestnut with tapioca and coconut

Ready in 8 minutes
For 2 serving

1. Empty water chestnuts into boiling water and boil for 7-8 minutes.
2. Place water chestnuts in the tapioca flour until the pieces become well coated.
3. Heat 700-800 cc water to boiling, boil the coated water chestnuts for 2-3 minutes. Remove and place in cold water and drain well.
4. Empty jackfruit chips and coconut powder, mix with hot water 1/4 cup (65 cc) and stir well.
5. Place the well done water chestnut in syrup and put some ice. Ready to serve.

Suggestion: When the water chestnut is done, please serve it right way, otherwise, it will stick to the flour.

Store in a cool dry place.
