Bamboo Shoots Kaeng Lao Curry (Serves 6-7):
1. Stir-fry 5 tbsp Red Curry Paste (Maesri brand) into 2.5-3 cups of boiling water
2. Add 300g chicken or grilled fish, 1 jar (24 oz) Bamboo Shoots - Kaeng Lao Style, stir until cooked. Add chilli powder, fermented fish sauce if preferred

Keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.
Ingredients:Bamboo Shoot (50%), Bai Yanang Juice (42%), Salt, Sugar, Chilli (1.5%), Straw Mushroom (1%), Acacia.
