Ready to eat. Use as a condiment or a pickle.

Simple Thai Green Curry Recipe (Serves 4):
50g green curry paste, 1 tin (400 ml) coconut milk, 500g chicken or beef, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 250g UP sour bamboo shoot, sweet basil leaves and fresh chillies for garnishing
Cooking Instructions:
1. Put 50g of green curry paste into a wok, then add 200 ml of coconut milk. Keep stirring until boiling
2. Add meat and 200 ml of coconut milk. Keep stirring until meat is cooked.
3. Add UP sour bamboo shoot and fish sauce. Stir until cooked
4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and fresh chilli
5. Ready to serve

Best to serve and enjoy with Thai Jasmine rice.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
