Description:Chang Sour Bamboo Shoots (Slices)

Cooking Instruction: After opening, drain and rinse the bamboo shoots. Boil in clean water for 5-10 minutes to soften. Use in stir-fries, soups, curries or salads as desired.

Store in a cool dry place.
