Description:Made from fresh premium prawn extract, superior starch, refined salt and sugar. Hai Long Prawn Crackers are renowned for their unique flavour and crispness. Suitable for use in restaurants or as a family snack.

Preparation: Deep fry the cracker in vegetable oil heated to 190°C - 210°C. Once crackers start to expand and float, remove and drain well on kitchen paper. Serve immediately.
