Wafer Thin Indian Lentil Crackers
Poppadoms are delicious, wafer-thin Indian lentil crackers. These are normally consumed as starters with Laila Sweet Mango Chutney, Chopped Onions and Raita.

Poppadoms can be cooked in a variety of ways like microwave cooked, roasted on direct flame or fried in oil. Most commonly used is the frying method. To fry, place sufficinet oil into the pan and heat on medium until smoking point is reached. Carefully place Laila poppadom into the hot oil. Ensure that the whole poppadom is well immersed and cooked for 3 to 4 seconds. Cooking on both the sides is not required. Carefully lift the poppadom drain excess oil. Laila poppadom is now ready. Enjoy with friends.

Store in cool dry place.

Ingredients:Lentil Flour (97%), Rice Flour, Salt, Raising Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Coconut Oil.
