Description:Mekong Vietnamese Prawn Crackers (Banh Phong Tom)

Light and crispy authentic prawn flavoured crackers.
An ideal snack or side to any Oriental meal.

Mekong crackers are known for their unique flavour and crispness, perfect for both festive boards and homely meals.

Cooking Instructions
Heat vegetable oil to 180C and deep fry the prawn crackers. The crackers are cooked when they float to the surface. Drain the crackers on absorbent paper and serve.

Storage: Store the prawn crackers in a cool dry place.

Contains Sulphites.
Ingredients:Tapioca Flour, Sugar, Shrimp (Crustaceans) (5%), Salt, Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite).
