How to Cook:
Nurungji Soup: Put 50g of Nurungji in 500ml of water, boil it for 5 min 30 sec. You can enjoy mild and tasty Nurungji soup.
Sungnyung Tea: Put 20g of Nurungji in 2l of water. Boil it for 10 min. You can have it as Sungnyung or tea.
Snack: You can enjoy Nurungji without cooking. You can also fry it lightly. It is a nice snack!
