Description:Eating Instruction:
1. Stir-fried Rice Cake: Heat the wok with adequate oil, put the ingredient like shredded vegetable, pork, bamboo or mushroom in and stir fried a while until done. Put the rice cake slices in and add some water (each water 500g rice cake need 200g). When the rice cake go soft, add condiments and stir-fried one minute for serving.
2. Rice Cake in Soup: Heat the wok with adequate oil, put the ingredient like shredded vegetable, pork, bamboo or mushroom in and stir fried a while until done, put your broth into the wok (500g broth for 500g rice cake). When the broth boiled, put the rice cake in a cook for 2 minute, add condiments for serving and you get the famous Ning-Po style rice cake soup.
