White Cake is as white as a lily and out into slices of uniform thinness after soaking in water, it becomes tough and soft. IT may be fried in oil or cooked at a simmer as your like, meanwhile you may sweeten it with sugar or enrich it with delicious ingredients. When it is roasted deeply into a hot iron pot, it forms popped white cake. Savoury and crisp. Our white cake is indeed a favourable dish either for entertainmentor for home meal.

Soaking: White Cake should be soaked in water, before cooking for 12 hours in summer for 16-20 hours in winter. Soaking may be prolonged to 5-7 days if complete softness is desired in this case water should be renewed daily.
Culinary Art: Remove white cake from water and put it into boiling oil for deep or shallow frying. Add highly tasteful or plain ingredients. Already prepared to it and continue frying for a while. As regard ingredients, you may have a great variety to choose from. Take pork, vegetable or sugar at you option.
