Description:Tiger Tiger Black Glutinous Rice (Gao Nep Than)

Cooking Instruction: Rinse rice with water once or twice before soaking. Soak the rice in water for 45 minutes.
Put 1.5 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry palce and out of direct sunlight.
