Description:Tiger Tiger Black Rice
Gao Lut Den

A brilliant deep purple colour when cooked, creating an impressive addition to any dish. Delicious rich nutty taste and chewy texture which can be used in a wide rage of cuisines.

Cooking Instruction:
Rinse rice with water once or twice before soaking. Soake the rice in water for 45 minutes.
Put 1.5 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.
Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
