Description:Tiger Tiger Brown Jasmine Rice (Gao Lut Thom)
Higher in fibre than white jasmine rice which makes it lower in carbs and calories, but full of minerals. With the subtle fragrance of jasmine rice it can be used in a wide range or cuisines.

Cooking Instruction:
Rinse rice with water once or twice before soaking. Soak the rice in water for 45 minutes.
Put 1.5 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.
Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
