Description:Tiger Tiger Red Cargo Rice (Gao Lut Do)
Long Grain Red Cargo Rice has a dark red bran with a sweet nutty taste. Chewier texture compared with white jasmine rice. A vibrant variety which can be used in a wide range or cuisines.

Cooking Instruction:
Rinse rice with water once or twice before soaking. Soak the rice in water for 45 minutes.
Put 1.5 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.
Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
