Preparation method: Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the rice, while stirring during adding. Add salt to taste. Let the water boil again and let the rice, after short stirring, cook for about 10 minutes on a low-tuned heat source. Use a sieve or strainer to drain.

Store cool and dry.
