Description:Tiger Tiger Thai Glutinous Rice
Suitable for all Oriental dishes

Tiger Tiger Thai Glutinous Rice is a premium quality rice selected for its freshness and distinctive flavour.
This glutinous rice is for everyday eating and brings a unique quality to any meal and can compliment Eastern or Western dishes.

Cooking Instructions:
Rinse rice with water once or twice. Soak the rice in water for a minimum of 4 hours prior to cooking and drain.

On the hob:
1. Put 1½-2 cups of water into heavy saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Stir in 1 cup of pre-soaked Thai Glutinous Rice.
3. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place.
