Description:Little Angel Thai Glutinous Rice

Cooking Instructions:
1. Put 2 cups of Glutinous Rice in a large bowl. Add 6 cups of cold water. Allow it to soak for at least 8-24 hours. For faster preparation time soak in hot water for 3 hours.
2.Drain the rice and put it in a steamer. Cook for 25 minutes or till the rice becomes tender.
3. After the cooking process, you will have 4 1/2 cups of delicious Glutinous Rice. Put the cooked rice in a bamboo basket or a bowl covered with cloth to keep it warm and prevent it from drying out.

Store in a cool dry place.
