Description:Sailing Boat Glutinous Rice Malagkit

Cooking methods:

Absorption method
1) Put 1.3-1.5 cup of water to boil.
2) Add i cup of rice and stir.
3) Cover tightly lower heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
4) Remove from the heat, cover and let it stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Microwave method
1) Put 1 cup of rice into a microwaveable container and soak for 15-20 minutes.
2) Add 0.7 - 0.8 cup of boiling water.
3) Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high 100C power for 10-12 minutes (stir after 5)
4) Remove from microwave and serving

For softer rice, put more water and simmer for longer time. For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for shorter time.

Storage Instructions. Store in a cool dry place.
