Thai Red Cargo Rice, also known as red jasmine rice, has many health benefits over other rice varieties. It is higher in fibre than Thai Brown Jasmine Rice and contains an antioxidant called anthocyanin which give it reddish colour. Because thai Red Cargo Rice is unpolished and just the husks are removed from the grain, all of the vitamins and mineral found in the grain remain intact. Thai Red Cargo Rice is a good source of iron, calcium and vitamins B1, B2 and B6. It may help reduce cholesterol and improve circulatory faction.

To preserve the best quality, store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keeping in a vacuum container after open the bag is highly recommended.
