Description:Insta Rice Vietnamese Sticky Rice

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the sticky rice thoroughly under clean water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice for 4-6 hours for best texture.
3. Drain well.
4. For steaming: Place the rice into a steamer lined with cloth or banana leaves. Steam for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
5. For cooking in a rice cooker: Use a ratio of 1 cup rice 0.8-1 cup water de-pending on desired softness. Cook as normal, then let rest 10 minutes before serving.
