Cooking Instructions:
Rice Cooker Method
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Soak the rinsed rice in cold water for about 30 minutes.
Drain the soaked rice and transfer it to the inner pot of a rice cooker.
Add water (usually in a 1:1.25 ratio with rice) to the rice cooker.
Start the rice cooker, and it will automatically cook the rice until done.
Once the rice cooker switches to the 'keep warm' mode, let the rice sit for an additional 10 minutes.
Season the cooked rice with sushi vinegar and mix gently.
