Description:Sushi Rice

Cooking Instructions:
Combine 1 cup sushi rice and 1.25 cups of water in medium sauce pan.Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let it stand covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.

Not: If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup Sushi Rice and 1.25 cups water in electric rice cooker. Follow rice cooker manufacturer's instructions.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight
