Description:Recipe: Chicken Balti Curry
1/2 kg boneless chicken, diced, 2 tbsp oil, 3 large onions, 2-3 green chillies, 300 ml coconut milk, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tsp Ferns' Balti Curry Paste, salt to taste.

Slice and fry onions in oil till well browned. Allow to cool. Grind to a paste with ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Put into a pan, add the Ferns' Balti Curry Paste and saute well. Add the chicken and allow to fry on hogh flame for 2 minutes. Add half the coconut milk and simmer on a low flame till the chicken is cooked and the gravy thick (approx. 20 minutes). Add remaining coconut milk and cook on high flame for anotehr 2 minutes. Serve, garnished with fresh coriander.
Ingredients:Chilli Powder, Coriander, Cumin Seed, Salt, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Fennel Seed, Mixed Spices, Cloves, Turmeric, Cardamom Powder, Mint, Onion Powder, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Vinegar.
