Description:Dancing Chef Butter Chicken Paste
A creamy tomato-based dish which has become one of the most popular curries the world over. This flavourful dish, with its rich colour and the aroma of spices, is truly an experience for the senses.

No added MSG. No added preservatives and artificial colouring.

Balti Butter Chicken
Dancing Chef Butter Chicken Paste 1 packet
Chicken Pieces 400g
Ghee 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Plain Yoghurt 30g
Onion - chopped 1 piece
Water 150g
Coriander - chopped to garnish 2 tbsp

Marinate chicken pieces with Butter Chicken Paste. Heat ghee in cooking pan, fry onion till soft. Then add in butter and chicken, stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add in water, simmer till chicken is cooked. Then stir in yoghurt and cream. Cook till sauce is very hot. Dish out, garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
