Description:Tean's Gourmet Paste For Chicken Curry (Tumisan Kari Ayam)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 1 kg of Tean's Gourmet paste for chicken curry, 7 kg chicken pieces/cubes, 1.5 kg potatoes (wedges) into a large wok/large pot. Fry for 10 minutes under medium heat
2. Pour 2.5 litres of water and simmer under low heat for 30 minutes until the meat/potatoes are cooked
3. Add in 1 litre coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot

Refrigerate after opened. Store in a cool dry place.
