Description:Maesri Gaeng Tai Pla Southern Curry Soup Paste
A Southern Thai Spicy soup prepared without coconut milk. The special sauce for fermented fish entrails and local spices has made this curry wildly famous.

Preparation
800ml Water
100g Maesri's Gaeng Tai Pla Southern Curry Soup Paste
300g Bamboo Shoots
300g Vegetable (Long Green Beans 100g and Eggplants 200g)
10 Torn kaffir lime leaves
100g Grilled fish (boneless)
4 tbsp Fish Sauce
Preparation tips for Bamboo shoots: Boil the bamboo shoots, drained and cut into bite-size piece.

Cooking Instruction
1. Boil the water and mix in Maesri's Gaeng Tai Pla Southern Curry Soup Paste. Stir until fragrant.
2. Add the prepared bamboo shoots and kaffir lime leaves, then stir five minutes.
3. While boiling, add long green bean and eggplants. Seasoning with fish sauce as preferred.
4. Add fish meat and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Ready to serve.

Store at cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Shrimp (Crustaceans) Paste (22%), Dried Red Chilli, Fermented Mackerel (Fish) Viscera (13%), Garlic, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Galangal, Shallot, Salt, sugar, Kaffir Lime, Spices (Pepper, Long Pepper).
