Description:Kaeng Kua Curry Paste is completely natural and full of herbs. It adds to your cuisine exotic, unique, and variety ingredients, with its spicy and aromatic taste.

Preparation (Serves 5-7):
1 pack Maesri's Kaeng Kua Curry Paste, 750ml coconut milk, 300g chicken
300g bamboo shoot,1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, Kaffir lime leaves (6 pieces), Fresh chilli pepper, Basil leaves

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 1 pack of Maesri's Kaeng Kua Curry Paste with 200ml of coconut milk until it boils
2. Add chicken and bamboo shoot and stir-fry until chicken is cooked
3. Slowly add the rest of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 6 pieces of kaffir lime leaves (tear to small pieces) and stir until boil
4. Garnish with fresh chilli pepper and basil leaves
