Description:There are many varieties of laksa dishes across South East Asia and AYAM Laksa sauce, with its fragrant coconut taste and strongly-spiced gravy, is typical of the Malaysian local nyonya cuisne.

Prawn Laksa:
Serves 3 Prep. time and cooking 20 min

1 jar AYAM Laksa Sauce 360g
375g fried bean curd
1 cup of water or vegetable stock
150g bean sprouts
375g peeled and cooked prawns
450g hokkien noodles
coriander to garnish

*Empty AYAM Laksa Sauce and water (or vegetable stock) to a saucepan.
*Heat up and add hokkien noodles, bean sprouts, prawns and bean curd.
*Simmer until cooked. Serve in Bowls and Garnish with coriander.

Hint:
Add hard boiled egg cut in half. Replace prawns with chicken or fish fillets. Add a few slices of red or green capsicum.
Ingredients:Water, Shallot, Coconut Cream Powder(Coconut Milk, Maltodextrin, Milk Protein), Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Galangal, Thickener(E1422), Salt, Dried Shrimp Powder(E160c), Tumeric Powder, Coriander Seeds, Thickening Agent Vegetable Gum (E415).
