Instruction
1. Stir-fry 50 grams of Massaman Curry Paste with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over low heat. Add 2 cups (400 grams) thick coconut milk.
2. Add 200 grams bite sized cut meat, 1 cup (200 grams) thin coconut milk 1 cup (200 grams) water and 20 grams roasted peanuts. Simmer till meat is cooked. (If beef or other tough meat is used, meat should be simmered in thin coconut milk first till meat is tender.)
3. Add 100 grams potato, 30 grams onion and season with 1½ tablespoons fish sauce, 2½ tablespoons coconut sugar and 2 tablespoons tamarind squeeze.

Please seal and refrigerate after opening.

Please store in cool dry place.
