Description:Aroy-D Massaman Curry Paste

Recipe (Serves 2-3):
1. Stir 2 3/4 tbsp (50g) of curry paste with 4 tbsp (60g) of vegetable oil for 1.5 minutes
2. Add 3/4 cup (150g) of your well-cut favourite meat and 3 cups (600 ml) of coconut milk, 5 tbsp (75g) of palm sugar, 4 tbsp (60g) of fish sauce, 3 tbsp (45g) of tamarind paste
3. Add 2 cups (200g) of well-cut onions, 1 1/2 cups (200g) of potatoes (cube-shaped) and 1/4 cup (50g) of roasted peanuts
4. Simmer on medium heat until it melt

Storage Instruction: Keep in a cool dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:Shallot, Dried Red Chilli (21%), Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Galangal, Spices (Mace, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seed), Coriander Seed, Cumin Powder.
