Description:Maepranom Panang Curry Paste

Directions: Panang Curry (Serves 4)
1. Fry 100g of Panang Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on a medium heat. Stir well till aroma is achieved then lower the heat. Stir in gradually 2 cups of coconut milk.
2. Add 360g of beef or any kind of meat, stir until cooked. Then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Season with 1/2 cup of palm sugar, 1/4 cup of fish sauce.
3.Stir until the texture of the sauce has thickened. Then add 1/3 of finely sliced kaffir lime leaves and garnish with 1/4 cup of sliced red chilli. Turn off the heat and serve with steamed rice.

Suggestions: Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
