Cooking Instructions:
Add 1.8 litre water (7 cups) to the paste and boil for 5 mins, add in 400ml coconut milk or 150g creamer bring to boil. Serve with Hokkien Noodles, Rice Vermicelli, Bean Sprouts, Long Bean, Cabbage, Prawn Meat, Clams and Beancurd Puff.

Ingredients:Chilli, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Palm Oil, Onion, Coriander, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Cumin, Fennel, Cinnamon, Candlenut, Clove, Poppy Seed, Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621).
