Pad Prik Khing is a sweet and spicy stir-fry Thai cuisine. Unlike other curries, it is cooked without coconut milk and usually prepared with long green beans and meat.

Prik Khing Curry
Preparation (Serves 5):
1 pack Maesri's Prik Khing curry paste, 5 tbsp vegetable oil, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1.5-2 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 cup (125 ml) water, 250g meat (chicken or beef, sliced thinly, then cut into bite-sized pieces), 400g long green bean (cut into 1.5 inch pieces), 5-6 torn kaffir lime leaf, kaffir lime leaf chiffonade and sliced fresh chilli for garnishing, crushed roasted peanut for garnishing (optional).
Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 100g (1 pack) of Maesri's Prik Khing Curry Paste with vegetable oil in a wok under medium heat until fragrant
2. Add the prepared meat and stir-fry until cooked while adding 50 ml (5 tbsp) of water
3. Add long green bean, 75 ml (8 tbsp) of water and torn kaffir lime leaf. Then season with sugar and fish sauce as preferred and stir-fry until cooked and well mixed
4. Remove from heat, plating and garnishing with kaffir lime leaf chiffonade, slices of chilli and crushed roasted peanut (optional). Ready to serve

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Dried Chilli Pepper (30%), Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass (10%), Sugar, Salt, Kaffir Lime (2%), Galangal (1%), Spices (Coriander Seed, Cumin, Cardamom, Bay Leaf), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
