Cooking Directions:
1. Pour 250g of Red Curry Soup and 100g of water into a pan.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Add 200g of Chicken and 50g of eggplant. Bring to a boil. Season with chilli and sweet basil.
4. Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days. Suitable for home freezing.
