Description:Ayam Brand Rendang Curry Sauce (Medium)

Rendang is a typical dish from Indonesia and Malaysia. Rendang sauce combines coconut milk with many spices and is traditionally used to slow-cook beef until the sauce thickens.

Beef Rendang:
Serves 6
Prep. time 10 min
Cooking 45 min

1 jar AYAM Rendang Sauce 360g
1200g beef, diced into 3cm cubes
½ cup of water

*Empty AYAM Rendang Sauce and water into saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
*Add beef cubes and bring to a boil. Cover saucepan, reduce heat and simmer until beef is tender (approximately 45 minutes).
*Remove the lid and simmer until sauce thickens
*Serve with steamed rice.

Hint:
You can replace beef with 900g chicken breast (diced) changing cooking time to approximately 30 minutes.
