1. Marinate 400g meat with Maznah Dry Paste Rendang for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry to blend it well.
3. Add some turmeric or kaffir (optional) leaves and 200ml water.
4. Add 2 tbsp coconut milk.
5. Let it simmer until meat tender. Ready to serve.
